Meenu's Cookbook --- Methi Poori with Malai Chana Recipe | Kala Chana Recipe | Methi Poori Recipe
Ingredients :-
2 Cup wheat flour
1 Bowl boiled chana
1 Chopped onion
2 Chopped tomatoes
1/2 Bowl curd
1 Bowl malai (cream)
Kasoori methi
1 tbs Ginger garlic paste
1 tbs crushed coriander seeds
Salt, Red chilly powder, amchoor powder
Preparations :
Making Dough
Take wheat flour in a bowl
Add salt to it
Add 1/4 tsb of ajwain
2 tbs of kastoori methi
2 tbs malai
Mix them well
Add water
Make a tight dough
Pour some oil on dough and kneed it a bit
Rest it for 20 mins
Making of Malai Chana:
Add 4 tsp of oil in a pan
Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Add 1 tbs crushed coriander seeds
1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste
Add chopped onion
Fry them till onion turns golden brown
Add chopped tomatoes
Add 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder
Add 1 tsp coriander powder
Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Add salt
Cook for 3-4 mins
Add 3 tsp curd
Mix it well
Add boil chana
Cook for 10 mins
Add malai
Cook for 2-3 min
Add 1/2 tsp of garam masala
Add 1/4 tsp of mango powder
Add coriander leaves
Making Pooris :
Add oil in frying pan and heat it.
Take some dough and roll it
Divide it in small pieces
Flat the dough
Fry them
Serve them with Malai chana
