Method:
1)Add 1 tblsp sugar and 2tblsp dry yeast into a bowl of lukewarm water. Leave it aside till the yeast becomes active (you can see bubbles on top)
2)In a bowl, mix 3 bowls maida ,salt, garlic powder, chilli flakes and the yeast mixture...mix nicely and knead the dough smoothly..and keep it aside for 1 hour or till the dough doubles in size.
3)Once the dough is ready, Cut into a big sheet shown in the pic. Place the chicken stuffing and wrap as shown in the pic. The remaining you can stuff into buns the same way as you roll a chappati and stuff inside.
Four chicken stuffing:-
250 gms boiled and shredded chicken
Heat 4 tblsp butter add 3 chopped onions then add 2 tblsp Maida fry till rawness goes add a cup of milk and cook for 5 min then add chicken add salt pepper pd garam Masala pd chopped green chillies. And cook well till it leaves the sides then add chopped cilantro.
When u have stuffed your bread apply beaten egg on top and drizzle some Nigela seeds ( White til )
Heat ur oven on 200°c
When preheated
Cook in oven on 200°c for 15 min.
