Ingredients :-

12 crabs nicely washed and cleaned.

Masala:
1 onion sliced one full coconut grated ,
6 khasmir and 3 guntoor chillies,
2tsp jeera 2tsp dhania ,
4 elaichi ,
4 cloves,
1 Cinnamon,
little poppy seeds,
2tblsp desiccated coconut.

Roast all this nicely. Allow to cool
In the mixer add the roasted Masala , add fresh cilantro, 2tsp of Reshampatty chillie pd, 12 flakes garlic, 1/4pc ginger grind to a fine paste.
We like it pungent.
Heat oil slice one onion fry nicely till pinkish add the masala fry well till it leaves a pleasant aroma. Leave it washed crabs and cook on low flame till it leaves the water. Then toss upside down add water and allow it to cook. U can add more water later if u want when the crabs are cooked well.

STUFFED CRAB

6 crabs cleaned and washed slightly opened for stuffing
Method for stuffing
Chop 4 onions fine
One coconut grated

Method:

Heat oil, add 2 tblsp coriander seeds, 1 tblsp jeera, add spices to your taste. Add pepper corn, Cloves, Cardmom, cinnamon, 3 Kashmir chillies, fry well add half tsp turmeric and fry well then add onions and coconut stir fry and allow to cool.
When it's cooled stuff ur crabs and cook in the same dish in which u prepared ur stuffing.
There will be little stuffing left cook ur crabs in it. At Least 15 min on low flame then add very little water and cook then slightly turn it crabs up down. Ensure that the crabs are well cooked.
