1. Dry red chilies,coriander seeds, cumin, and black pepper separately and grind it to fine paste along with 4 tomatoes, 2 onions, 10 cashew nuts and ginger garlic to fine paste.
2. Heat 4 tbsp ghee in a vessel . Add cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves.
3. Add 1 onion and fry until golden brown.
4. Add the masala paste , turmeric powder and mix well.
6. Fry for 5 minutes.
7. Add mutton , salt and 2 cup of water.
8. Close the cooker lid and cook the mutton for 30 minutes in slow fire . garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot with Rice or Chapathi.
