ANDHRA FISH FRY !!!!
Simple and easy to make mouthwatering masala fish fry lemon flavoured.

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
Fish 500 gms
Oil as required for shallow frying
For marinating the fish:
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves + lemon wedges + green chillies as required to garnish

PROCESS:
Cut, clean, wash, drain and pat dry the fishes nicely.
Make 3 slashes on the both sides of the fishes, keep aside.
Now mix all the ingredients nicely except fish and oil to make a small paste.
Now, take each fish and coat nicely with this marinade and keep aside for about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a non stick pan or a tawa.
Now pan fry the fishes, till both sides of the fishes turns golden.
Drain in an absorbent kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil and keep aside.
Fry in batches.
Arrange them in a dish.
Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon wedges and green chillies.
Serve hot as a snacks or starters.
Or it can be served hot with white steamed rice, dal and vegetables.
